[ROM] [CM7] [GINGERBREAD] Kaoscinate V7

Here it is for all of you that have been waiting. The VERY first build of Kaosinate CM!

This rom is CM7 for the Verizon Fascinates, its Gingerbread based on the CyanogenMOD codebase.

Please do not submit bug reports, I know whats broken at this point!!!

EVERYONE SHOULD GIVE A *HUGE* THANKS TO IVORYCRUNCHER WHO DONATED THE FASCINATE TO ME AND MADE THIS ALL POSSIBLE!

Initial port, many things are broken, and most of the hardware doesn't work.
Basic calling works.
DOESN'T INCLUDE GAPPS.
tested on DJ05 radio, may also work on DL09 but untested.
