Did you install the rom after wiping 100% of your data? I didn't do a data wipe since i was coming from a DL09 radio and kernel anyway (on top of the DJ05 rom) so i figured they were probably pretty close... Long story short, everything works great except swype won't install via their silly little downloader, it keeps erroring out with "application not installed". (well duh)

If you had a previous version of Swype installed there are special procedures to follow to install the new BETA. The directions are on the forum, sorry don't have the link off the top of my head.

Hey guys,
I'm new to the android scene, coming from a Blackberry Storm 2. I just rooted and flashed my phone with this rom. Now that my phone is running again, I have a few problems that someone could help me with..

1. Is it normal for the phone shut down to be a tad slower compared to stocks'?

2. Whenever I reboot my phone, none of my settings save such as haptic feedback off and GPS on.

3. My market place stays stuck at "starting download" and I've already checked if the SD card is mounted, cleared cache, and there is no market update to be uninstalled.

Any help would be appreciated, and i followed this guide to root my phone, where i skipped the the update.zip and used the RED cw. Thanks

Fixed it.. factory wiped, then reinstalled it all

I had the market issue as well. I had to perform a factory wipe. Nothing else seemed to help. Once I wiped and cleared the cache and the dalvik cache the rom worked like it was supposed to.

I had the market issue as well. I think I had previously wiped my phone when first installing the rom and was still having the issue. Just deleted the Davlik cache as the last user posted and now its working again. Thanks

has anyone had problems when trying to playback a video attachment received in a text msg? when i click to view the video within the text it doesn't play.

Sure it was a video? Android shows all incoming pictures with a play button, whether video or single image.

Any update on the debinged browser????

So I know others have asked this in this thread already, and this isnt a huge thing, but since installing this ROM, my Haptic Feedback does not work in ANY application. I was just wondering if there was a fix for this.

I did a clean factory wipe on the device, along with a red cwm wipe before installing this rom.
