Hack Touch Pro2????

Hi Friends
I got a Touch Pro2 from Sweden, I am in Iraq, but it is all in the Swedish language
i changed regional settings to english UK, but it remained swedish, i also downloaded the Hard-SPL but it freezed at 0%, and i downloaded an English ROM but i couldn't install
I want to know if there is a way to hack it a install an english ROM without using the BOX, because i went to market, they said they will use the BOX and it will cost me 25$
this swedish language is really annoying me
please help

as for Hard-SPL, you should check the FAQ in second post in thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=550131

that should help you get Hard-SPL working

i am using windows 7, 32 and 64 bit
none of them was useful, should i try windows xp?

yes try on XP if you can. if still no good, let me know what the error text was.

btw i have another question, what programmes do i need to do the hard-spl? hard-spl and wmdc only??? or some others???

HardSPL on Windows 7 is known to be problematic. When flashing HardSPL on Windows XP, you need ActiveSync on that machine (now WMDC). That is all you need installed on the desktop PC.
