hey just installed magldr 1.13 and i got it to boot into it, and my problem is i cant select USB Flasher. i press the call button 1 time nothing, hold it down for a minute nothing, i press it continusly nothing. why the hell isnt it working?

hello everyone, i figured i'd post here and maybe DTF or someone might know something about the situation i ran into

i had android on nand and had it partitioned using the 445mb recovery, i wanted to go back to windows mobile so i can enter the sim unlock code and then flash wp7 so half way through the stock rom from tmobile the latest
T-Mobile_HD2_MR_Software_3.14.531.1
it got stuck and rebooted to the bootloader, but it wouldn't connect to the usb anymore
it flashed the 2.10.0000 spl and according radio but no OS
i was able to take the nbh and flash from sd, enter in the unlock code and all went well, but now either in windows mobile or bootloader it is not seen by the pc, i tried on my desktop with win xp, laptop with win7 a bunch of other laptops, different cables, even a mac
and i cant get anything from usb
using mtty i was unable to get the usb option (and i've used mtty before for previous phones with success)
it boots in winmo fine and seem to work ok, it reads the sd card, but when i connect to pc i got nothing, tried unchecking and checking everything in the usb settings without any luck, not even as storage mode
any suggestion is greatly appreciated
on another note when i got back home tonight, on my win xp desktop, it sees that there's an unknown device, but it cannot locate a driver for it which is expected as it doesn't know what kinda device it is. all it does when plugged into usb is charge.

I hope I'm not correct but to mee it looks like a broken usb connector on your phone. I have the same problem. If you can't even connect to the bootloader there might be a problem with drivers on the pc you are using, but since you tried everything I think it is the device. The usb connector is mounted on the mainboard and the pcb is multilayer. cause it is all so small the coper on the mainboard is not that strong.

You can try to let it repair under warrenty but everywhere everyone is saying that HTC says that it is broken by force. So I have no hope they will repair yours under warrenty. Everyone is saying that HTC will repair for 400 - 600 euro's. Then you can buy a new phone for that. So mine is still broken. I am trying to find out where the connections for the datalines are going to to fix the usb. see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=930412

u know i thought about it being the usb but nothing happened to it, it was working and i was in the middle of a flash from nand android to winmo and thats when it failed and i had to put it back in bootloader mode, and at that time it was still seeing the usb, but now i can't remember why i decided to flash from sd, lol i guess to avoid any issues with the comp. but anyway i doubt its the usb, im gona keep checking into it, i'll take a look at the usb port with a magnifying glass and see if anything looks out of place, and as i am on my last semester as an electrical engineer, it should be easy to figure it out lol and i've changed usb ports before, 1 on the tilt and 1 on the hero, wasn't fun but had to be done
oh and i dont have a warranty cuz i bought the phone with a cracked screen and i replace em.

Ok so I've got the same problem as a couple of others: My USB connection doesn't work. Is there a way I can get this Windows 7 ROM on my phone without. I have been bluetoothing the NHB file to my MICRO SD for 6.5 installs.

Any help?

nothing yet for me
i dunno about u but im pretty sure that its software related for me and not hardware. i only have wm6.5 stock and luckily i can charge the phone but im up to the point of giving up and selling it
