How have your experiences with customer Service been? (Dell or T-Mobile)
The intent of this thread is not to be an actual poll of service quality (well sorta...), but as a potential alternative to Dell/T-Mobile customer service. I have only owned only one smartphone (HTC Touch Pro, Windows mobile 6.1) and thanks to you guys here at XDA and the knowledge you've shared with me everyone I showed my phone to assumed I was an absolute genius! (NOT! though numbers say I am). I am now ready for my next smartphone and I am a T-mobile subscriber (yeah I think I may be kinda' smart but definitely not wealthy) and I was considering the HTC HD7. That is until I stumbled upon the Venue. I am a diehard Windows user (sorry Stevie J.) and I want to stick to the brand (even though the new GUI looks like a bunch of post-it notes stuck on a Black/Whiteboard). To the point, in researching the phone as an educated consumer I've been bounced around by Dell and T-mobile customer service regarding specifics of the Venue. I was even advanced to level 3 of T-Mobile's Cust. serv. and no one even knew what the Venue was. My inquiries: GPS turn by Turn Apps, Returns, upgrade eligibility pricing, T-mobile exclusive apps, data plans. No one could help! So I'm relying on you guys. The phone doesn't have to be perfect, if it's worth it, but it would be nice if this thread could evolve into a potential review for potential owners or a guide for newbies. Thanks in advance for your advice/help. P.S. I believe this to be one of the most sharing and helpful forums I've been associated with! (no smoke blowing intended).
