Hey guys, i need help.
im try port some graphics and needs replace png to 9.png image .How android understand .9.png? Where is in framework xml describe .9 images? I read many posts and guides, but all of them teach how draw .9 image.
Or i need use eclipse for this?

Tryign to understand what your askign sir. .9.png's simply put are images that android knows it can adjust the size and placement of text/image on top of. During compiling process apktool compiles the .9.png.

if you have Android SDk loaded there is a batch file called Draw9bat(i think that is the name) this allows you to edit and place the .9 lines. .9 lines are on the outside edges of image and can be the only thing on the outside line of the image..

sir i decompiled framework-res.apk and i have modded the pngs in drawable ldpi folder.but when i am trying to recompile it it shows errors in every png i modded..i modded using photoshop cs6...please help
