[Q] how do you tighten the stand?

<3 luv my 101, just got back from Australia and received many compliments.... Video chatted back to Nj with someones ipad right next to me....lol!

Anyways, after having it for month the stand is not as strong as it used to be. How do you make it tighter?

What app did you use for the chat?

For the stand, there is a fix somewhere on this forum or on the fans forum where the OP has suggested putting in a drop of thicker superglue into the hinge of the stand. The only catch is that you will need to keep the stand moving so that as the glue hardens, it does not lock the stand in place. I have not tried the method.

Thanks for the glue suggestion, but I'm not going to try that just yet.

I can't get Tango to work, but Fring and Yahoo do. I find Fring to work more often with less bugs, Yahoo does tablet/phone to PC. I'm using Fring 2.1.0.6 on the 101 ( have to use old version.... Google it) and newest market version on my fascinate. Yahoo's newest version from the market works.

Back to the original topic... I see a screw just at the tip of the stand. Is there anyway to get to it?

I'm wondering the same thing. Mine falls completely to the most relaxed position every time I set it down. It would be nice to be able to tighten it.
