Do any1 knows how i can change bootscreen and windowsload screen?
The default white background with green HTC logo and the oranged colour windows mobile white logo?

In my /windows folder i can't find neither welcomehead neither anything that seems to be these files...

The oranged colour windows load screen can be changed by overwriting \windows\welcomehead_dithered.png

I can't find this file in my windows folder...

The file is probably hidden in File Explorer.
Just place a new file, thus overwriting it.

What about the HTC logo in the beggining?

The animation at the beginning is file \Windows\HTC_animation_320x480.gif

You could overwrite this one, but you can also place a new gif in \Windows and change the key StartupGif in HKLM\Software\HTC\HTCAnimation
