I can't find anyone saying the drain is 2-5mA with BT enabled i standby. I only find a post claiming 2-5mA in standby (Not confirming that BT is turned on), and that BT among other things are working.
I'm also very curious to find a Gingerbread build with a normal standby drain with BT enabled, it works in Froyo Sense builds. (Typical 5-6 mA in standby with BT enabled in Froyo)
It is very easy to confirm, just enable BT and put the phone to standby. I have no idea if anyone has found a solution to this on Gingerbread build.
