Sorry if I look stupid, but could someone provide a little more of information of how exactly we have to make that partition?, I already downloaded the app for windows but I see too many options that have no idea what they are for...

My android is already rooted and the apk downloaded just don't understand how the partition goes...

i tried the partition and every time i mount the card back in the phone it says the sd card is corrupt and needs formatted. any suggestions?

well i just use the partition program and sucessfully created the partitions but when i reboot the phone the phone says it is checking the sd card for errors and its already been 10 mins.. it has yet to mount the sd card.. what could have gone wrong?

SD card should have two partitions, first FAT32 (or FAT16) and second ext2. Order is important.
Alse both partititon should be "primary".

No, ext2 is required.

Hi bakpinar,

very nice app. i like it very much.
but i receive the following message when i try to move an app:

chown: unknown user/group system:system

any ideas?

i am using the folling ROM on HTC Leo

[20 JAN] NexusHD2-Gingerbread V2.1 NAND [App2SD+][720p][Kernel: tytung_r2_oldcam]

hi,

i am using samsung galay 5801 (rooted),
i already have created fat32 & ext2 partition.

fat32 is being mount as /sdcard but ext2 partition is not mounted.
also app is unable to mount ext2 partition.

can anyone pl tell command to mount ext2 partition on android device using any terminal ?

It's time to tell about the first impressions:
App is working good
Widgets must be removed from home screens and re-added, then they are working as expected
Problem: the Market-App doesn't see applications tgat have been moved to sdcard. You won't get an update notification
It would be nice if updated system apps like google maps could be moved to the sdcard
