I just switched from a HD7 to an Omnia 7 (broke my HD7 switching the SD Card, decided to buy a phone where I wont be tempted to do that again and get a zune HD). I can't compare it to the focus but I can comment on your points.
The camera is actually pretty awesome, takes some nice decent shots and is miles better than the camera that came with the HD7.
Much lighter than my HD7, I think this is the lightest phone I've had in a while.
No problems so far, it performs quite good and games load up really quickly.
If you don't care about MicroSD Card slot then just go for the omnia, from what I can tell the focus is pretty much the same phone anyway but just a different shape and with a SD Card slot.
This is going to be a really weird thing to say, but one small annoyance is that it's made from metal. The phone back is literally freezing to touch in cold weather :P
