Not a new vid, but it sure looks like it.

Meh, nothing really exciting. I can believe that it might be true. I think it is one of the reasons we haven't gotten 2.3 on our N1's.... because it isn't ready for prime time.

Perhaps 2.4 is the smoothed out version we'll get OTA.

A simple build.prop edit could achieve that.

since it looks exactly the same I vote for fake/custom ROM

and it doesn't make sense to release 2.4 so quick.

Why doesn't it? Android 2.0 was followed by 2.1 pretty damned quick.

2.0 was followed by 2.1 quickly, actually it came out about 1-2 months later, but all they did was add live wallpapers in that OS upgrade

Meh. No evidence outside of the 'Android 2.4' label in Settings, and that can be faked easily.
