[Q] Help want to become theme developer

Hi i am kinda new to this and i would like to learn to how to develop themes. Can somebody give the guide on how to start?

I apologize in advance for being snarky but the question had it coming. Here is my newly finished "Where to Begin Guide."

and many more just like the above
