Stock Lockscreen Arrow Animation

So I noticed on the Stock Lockscreen (Safari Theme) whenever i hit the button where the time is displayed, small arrows on both sides of the screen animate to pull it down.

Well my questions is, if it would be possible to have that animation come up whenever i unlock the screen without having to touch the time bar......

Confused are you talking about the edit arrows that come up when you long press the time can you be a little more clear on what you want working on a lock screen app right now and can try to add what you need in it if I can figure out what it is you want

Oh I see what you mean now had to see it on my girls phone so do you want the lock bar there to or just the arrows? And is your phone rooted my app will require root

I would like the bar with the animated arrows right when you wake up the phone.

In other words so that the arrow animation plays without me having to touch the lock bar if that makes sense.
