Default [Q] How do I get Steve's ROM?
OK, I know there are many such questions already, sorry for yet another one!

These are my details..
Android version 2.2
Baseband version GAUSB1A131800-EU
Kernel version 2.6.32.9-perf
OEM version GAUSB1A131800
Build number 12821

How do I go about getting Steve's ROM?
Does getting this mean the phone gets faster / smoother?
