Unhappy I need help to install ubuntu. please a step by step guide ... Italian if possible

ENG
I do not understand anything! I need a step by step guide to install ubuntu, knowing that:
1 - my home PC has the operating system "Vista";
2 - I have little regard for the Unix commands;
3 - if anyone can kindly give me a detailed guide, starting from zero, to the installation of the Ubuntu system.

Thank you in advance, Paul.

PS: If you also please include the links of all packages that are downloaded, and how to proceed ....

ITA
Non ci capisco nulla! mi serve una guida passo passo per installare ubuntu, sapendo che:
1- il mio pc di casa ha il sistema operativo "vista";
2- ho scarsa materia per quanto riguarda i comandi unix;

It's pretty disrespectfull to other non Italian readers that you keep posting in Italian, and wanting people to write back to you in Italian... But that's just my opinion?

But the real reason why I posted: I have slightly the same question, but knowing how to create the rootfs sdcard/usb would be enought for me (I prefer via Windows, but a detailed Linux guide would also be fine)..

Assuming that you are already a little lost, I think that installing Ubuntu on your Folio might be a bad idea. It is still experimental, the hardware is not fully supported, and you won't be able to use your tablet like you would with Android.
I'm just saying that you should wait for a better support of Linux, because you would be very disappointed at the moment.

You're welcome. Actually, I was speaking to pp1977, but the disappointment may be the same to you (I read your post too fast and didn't see that you requested the same thing).
