The 3D is VERY smooth, and it does the best job yet for me setting the wallpapers.

Funny, I HATE this gallery on my phone. But it's great on the nook.

Thanks for he suggestion. I just found flickie backgrounds he that uses this gallery to set wallpaper. It doesn't do fat ridiculous zoom thing that the stock bc does when you use a still image. Worth the install.

Same here. The 3D gallery was really slow on my Evo but surprisingly good on the NC largely due to the bigger screen.
