[Q] bell mobility canada

I have rogers dell streak with rebel sim card.

I got voice calls working.

When I create or edit an apn, and put in mcc=302, then save it. The apn disappears.

put another way...

i create an apn and call it b3.
I enter apn = pda.bell.ca
i save it. it is ok. it is there in the list.

i go back in and enter 302 in mcc.
i save.
it is no longer in the list of apn's.

Any ideas?
