just download an ubuntu live cd off the web and boot from it. My linux machine suffered a hdd failure recently and i had to do the same.

It has nothing to do with the diffrent Blueangels i have both version the one is with Board 5 (without camera) the black blueangel the second with Board 6 (with camera) the silver blueangel. The only diffrence is the LCD Display (Sony/Toppoly) and other GPIOs for power on/off...

D-Two: What kind of card are you using? Since this runs off the sd, the speed is quite important. I'm getting godawful lag. But then again, this SD card has been to hell and back a few times.

The problem was that I was not securely unmounting the device from Linux and as such, data was not being written properly!!!

You mean the bootanimation? Normal boottime is max. 5 min
