Make a backup of current bootanimation of you wanna change.

Default boot faster
any ideas how to make the phone boot faster? First time I switched it on, I thought it was broken. Stupid loading. Any way to delete stupid logo booting etc.? Just boot ASAP?

the first boot is always slow, then eventually is OK.
