Bricked HTC Snap S526, need help!

Hi guys,

My newly bought HTC Snap is now stuck at the first screen which says "smart mobility" after trying to flash the 3evo rom while thinking that my phone has been HardSPL-ed. Shoudl've known the check if the HardSPL Flashing went correctly :\ and made the mistake of trying to flash the rom with only jumpSPL and seeing if it would work, thinking i had the original rom to fall back on if it failed..

anyway so i got hold of the original rom its been shipped with and flashed it without any problems, but the phone still wouldnt go past the smart mobility page. i am however able to access the bootloader..

So what else can i do to get out of this mess
