Default Using root explorer

Just rooted my shift and downloaded root explorer, but can not figure out how to use it to remove bloatware.

Go to the home screen then /system then /app, turn on r/w (read/write), its a little button on the top right of the screen and long press on an app you don't want and it will pop up a menu and hit delete.
