I did too yesterday, and I can install stuff from market.android.com and its listed on the site's settings as Milestone A853.

This build is blazing, but a 10xx or so in Quadrant and I'm guessing thats without the stagefright tweak. However, in benches ONLY do I see a performance drop, with only a lower 13MFlops in Linpack but the snappiness is insane!

Running 1Ghz - 56VSEL.

It's snappy, but I'm having low memory issues (launcher being constantly killed even thought I think it's itsset up correctly - it's adw, will try LP as well).

Got the email too, it probably identifies itself as a Nexus S, as that's where the files come from :P

I'm trying to squeeze a little more available memory now. Those first releases were basically a very first alpha/preview. Now I'll be working on better tuning of these things.

The email about the Nexus S is probably because google/market might be checking for the fingerprint. I left the same as the Nexus S since it's the only oficial 2.3 available right now, so if there's any app specific for 2.3, it would show up on Market.

Battery life seems on par with later Froyo releases... Not much of a difference, if any.

LPP lets you tweak its memory usage much more - did you set it all up well. (ask google, or launcherpro.com forums, you should find all the discussion on memory settings there)
