Default [Q] cyanogen 7 mod nightly and amonra question

I would like to try cm7 nightly but have amonra. Is there an easy way to flash each update like there is when using rom manager and clockwork mod recovery?

I tried to search but didnt find exactly what I was looking for.

Basically will I have to flash each update like I would flash a new rom?

No, you've gotta have Clockworkmod and the paid version of Rom manager

That is the mirror site for CM7 Nightlies. The new ones tend to come around 10:20pm [EST]. You can download it on you compy, move it to your SD card, then do your backup [no need to wipe the cache...can if you want] and you're all good to go.
