Backup Contacts SMS and other!

Hello all =)

i searched the web for the ultimate Soft for android on how to BACKUP my contacts and my SMS!!!
I tried almost every soft out there ... some of them must be $ ... some are free and not fully fuctionaly ...

and now when i got ... the ultimate one!
i want to share it with u ... =)

install:
1. Download and Install MyPhoneExplorer on your Windows PC.
2. Download and Install ‘MyPhoneExplorer Client’ app on your Android phone.

Nice prog but Mybackup Root is the best if you have a rootet phone in my opinion ...and its free in the market

i dont know b`out that ... i tryed every single free prog of backups ... this prog is very easy to use ... and i can manage all my contacts in this soft.
fast delete... save "all contacts" move file to SD card and reback up my contacts any time ("import from SD").

every one and whats best for him =)
i just wa'net to share ... i just hope some one else will enjoy this wonderful soft like i am =)

Looks exactly what i have been searching for ,is there a tutorial for this ,cant seem to delete or save my contacts ?
