Well the card was OK after format, but yes it was 16GB CLASS 10 ADATA and so far it works again very well

I could, but it was weird, because even the gparted cannot find on the SD Card the master partition/partition table, the data were here but in some raw form

Did you remember to use an external card reader? Do not attempt to partition the card if it's in your phone (unless you're in the recovery command line interface).

I know and even if I didnt, the card was OK for 4 months and then it just deleted all partitions

I've one in the same situation (raw) and seems to be dead..
