The only other thing I have ran into is the TV power down animation doesn't seem to be working for me. Oh well...
Make sure in spare parts that window animations are set to normal. If they are set at fast the animation wont fire

Ok, gnarlyc and I were brainstorming and found the issues with both camera and GPS! I'm building from source, so since there isn't a gingerbread vendor tree for desirec, we have to make one, and it's a lot of time consuming work to track all the errors. It appears the prelinked maps were wrong and needed to be corrected, corrections made!

Will be posting an update soon

EDIT: Just found some things I need to edit pre-build, so I'm going to do those and make some bacon So, the update will be out later today/evening, thanks for your patience

Wordshed, any possibility of getting XTR's cache to cache to work on GB? That would be sweet for my memory issue I always run into using any rom (without cache2cache)

I had a little trouble getting Titanium to install. it worked after a reboot and the third try. I don't know why but maybe this will trigger something in the minds of these great devs.

Loving the spark of life that this has brought back to the forum. Reminds me of the glory days of last year. Actually, the most interesting part is how it pulls the remaining Eris brethren out of the woodwork - shows me that this phone still has a bit of bark left in its bite.

Really? GPS locked on? Crazy, logcat kept giving an error that it couldn't open libgps.so because it didn't have the correct map prelinked... hmm, interesting...

The build I will be posting later is pretty stable, GPS & Camera are working great for me now.

One thing to note: I want to thank the tazz man for posting that tiny gapps with the new market, thanks bro! Needed that.
We're going to use that tiny gapps package after flashing the rom, then from there use the market to grab any google apps we need for now, it should work better that way for all of us till I can find a full gb gapps package that works.
