[Q] Ginger bread theme for my galaxy 3

Hello guys ..
My samsung galaxy 3 is running android 2.1(eclair) an is rooted already.
Tried using teh metamorph utility to install ginger bread theme but is not working.

I tired to install it in recovery mode by placing teh gingerbread theme in sdcard.
I also renamed the zip file to update.zip.

But tht too won't work.

How can i install gingerbread theme in my phone?
Pls help me install it.

it wont work, untill update.zip works in recovery which does not in the froyo galaxy 3.
and also our files have to be deodexed...

Am sorry i don't know what deoxed means.
am still a noob in this feild.

Has it got somethin to do with teh android signer ?
I jus dragged and dropped the zip file into the andoid signer and i run it.

I renamed the output files as update.zip an then put it in the sd card.
but still it dint work.

what does deoxed mean?
pls help me deox the ginger bread theme.
