Connection reset by peer

Hey guys.. I m havin a prb on my g3.. When my facebook app tryin to get the notification frm its server,it s givin an error sayin "connection reset by peer.. Here's the screen shot..

Moreover,tody I ws dwnldin a vid via tubemate.. It ws givin the same error...! :'(

Need help.. Plz.

Have you tried backing up the phone, reflashing the ROM and then restoring everything again?
