[Q] What did I do to my phone?

When I press down volume and power button for a bit I get a black screen wtih these orange letters/numbers. Looks like-
RST_STAT = 0x1
PMIC_IRQ1 =0x0
etc

Forced it back into download. However, Odin won't get past DO NOT TURN OFF TARGET

Got it goign again. But the second time it's getting hung up factoryfs.rfs

How many times do I try this before I give up and have my phone replaced?

So what is the problem? Is the phone not starting up?
