Does anyone know which code group controls the radio? PLEASE PM ME. I may be able to remove the band lock.

Huh? You mean so that we can use it on ATT?

Thats the idea if the cg's can be slightly modified to remove band suppresion from the radio firmware it may be usable on att and tmo

CG5 is the radio in the MDM6600 firmware files.

I don't think this is going to be a simple as you may imagine though.

I recommend being very careful before trying to flash any modified SBF files to these phones.

Yea they check the cgs so it may or may not be overcomable this way but its a small grey area as far unpacking cgs and repacking them, I'm still trying to figure that one out
