yeah just copy the .apk and .odex files for the app to /system/app

Am sorry ... Am still a noob in this feild ...
Can u pls give me lil more explanation ...

Is this a theme or a ROM ?
Am a lil confused now ... Cos other ROMS are in .jar file , which i kno to flash it into the android device using odin ..
But the files attached here are in apk format ...
How do i install this ?
And where is the .odex file?

the rom is not yet posted...
the files attached are neither theme nor rom,
they are just stock framework files. that you need if you want the normal stock look....

otherwise the rom would be posted ..shortly

Yes, it goes in the framework folder. Use Root Explorer or ADB.

ADB Commands:

Type in ADB command prompt.

Code:
adb shell
su
mount -o remount,rw /dev/block/stl9 /system
exit
exit

adb push framework-res.apk /system/framework/framework-res.apk
adb push twframework-res.apk /system/framework/twframework-res.apk

adb reboot

You can just wipe it, it worked for me. I dont know why, but themes dont work for me.

I USED ROOT EXPLORER COPIED THE FILE TO /system/framework folder and confirmed to replace.
i just used framework-res.apk
REBOOTED and GONE ITS BRICKED STUCK UP AT LOGO
