I went to best buy on my lunch break 12pm east. Asked for my Tbolt and they said Verizon has delayed it and no date is known yet.

So there you have it.

I got my $50 back because I really didn't even want to support Best Buy anyway, I hope they go out of business, I f*ing hate that store.*(not because they didnt have my tbolt)

Don't believe rumors other people post from talking to CSR. Lets face it folks, most people hired at Best Buy don't know their own head from their ass, so any info received from them is just be considered untrue.

OMG I can't believe this. So now instead of having tons of threads confirming dates we are starting threads unconfirming dates. Can't we just keep this to one thread.

How do I get my $50 back? When I pre-ordered, they gave me a $50 gift card and a receipt. I went in yesterday to return it and cancel my pre-order. They told me they couldn't refund the gift card. Did you get the gift card too?

Also mods on XDA don't do much here. With so many forums to moderate, and not enough mods, stuff takes awhile to be taken care of, if ever at all...

Take it to the service desk, say I want my refund because you lied and said my phone would be here and its the 14th and no phone. I want my money back and will take my business to Verizon.

You dont have to say all that, but you can just say you want your money back because the phone didn't show. Don't let them feed you any ****. Just start bitching. Best Buy employees are dumb in general. They hire people that don't know jack **** about electronics.
