why not use multi upload mirror below the download?
Nah, you should be good to go where flashing is concerned once you do a full wipe as you've already said.
One thing to note though: you probably already know not to restore system settings from Titanium, but be careful about restoring all your user apps too. I've found that many problems in switching to a new ROM can be prevented by reinstalling apps or restoring selectively rather than full restores. It's a pain, I know, but it's one way to ensure the most trouble-free transition.
Once you've got MIUI up and running make sure all the basic ROM functions work properly before you do anything else.

Thanks!
I am doing a titanium backup just in case I plan to restore back to Leedroid. Otherwise, no plans of restoring the same.
Could you elaborate on "basic ROM functions work properly"?
Also is there a way to export contacts from Leedroid to MIUI?

XJ explained the contacts move above. As for basic ROM functions, I mean take a walk through all aspects of the ROM to familiarise yourself: launcher (big difference), dialer, sms, email, settings, notification drawer (also quite different) etc and see that nothing is force closing or throwing up any other weird behaviour (it shouldn't be).
Once you switch ROM types it's easy to pick up on the things that are different (and initially you may dislike some of those changes) but not so easy to pick up on things that are better or smoother. If you've never used MIUI before it will take a while to get used to some things, esp if you've only ever used Sense-based ROMs like Leedroid. Then, after you've played around a bit, get to restoring or reinstalling your main apps and see that they function as they should. From my experience Whatsapp has been the only one that still malfunctions under MIUI even though it worked perfectly under GingerVillain (an AOSP GB ROM). Personally I wasn't a fan of the default launcher, so I went back to Go Launcher. Besides that everything else has run mainly smoothly.
After a while once you've gotten your set up back to how you want it, many of the changes won't even be that noticeable any more and you may find that you couldn't imagine it working any different or better, at least that's the way I felt about the switch.

Good luck.
Thanks buddy. Appreciate the detailed explanation.
Just successfully installed MIUI. And first impressions, let me be honest, I am loving it! Yes!
After full wipe (cache, and whatever wipe was available in CWM) I can still see folders of Leedroid (my previous ROM) when I connect the phone via USB..
