[Q] Language custom Rom

Hi,

I am sorry if i am asking a question that is already answerd, but i could't find it in other posts.

I live in The Netherlands so i have a i5800 with the dutch language, if i flash my sga with a custom rom or any other rom for my sga will the dutch language still be available just like in the original rom?

Only thing to do is change it in options.

So every ROM is equiped with a choice of different languages?
