The reason you have issues with this theme is because it was meant for RC1. With the latest nightly builds there are going to be changes to images and folders that haven't been changed in this theme yet. So with the latest nightlies I wouldn't expect it to work fully.

As soon as my son goes back to Texas ill be putting alot of work into porting the gingerbread sense dump for the ffew of us who want it and making these themes more compatible and more themes still taking suggestions

I wish some one can make a theme that changes up the ui IV been looking at the same ui since the g1 even the whole dawr app its all the same with a little tweeks

Just use MIUI. That's pretty different. Or you could try porting the Acer Liquid ROM. That's slightly different too.

I actually just changed and made a bad ass dockbar and I'm changing the statusbar... will be released soon broths I'm the same way I get tired of the same look
