Problems with wireless sync

Ive tried to set up two phones now a samsung focus and my lg quantum with wireless sync, and neither will sync. gives me the same error every time. 80072749

however the web help button in zune is absolutely not helpful, and I have checked everything else as for the network. Changed encryption, changed from mixed to b, then g, then n. And nothing works for wireless sync.

I also can get bluetooth to work. It will pair the devices (laptops and phones) and then kick me off and it keeps telling me its "not supported" on both my laptops. which of course makes no sense, but Im just posting this here to make sure its not user error. (which it may well be).
So any ideas let me know please
