Launcher Pro Plus calendar/agenda widget. I just went back to LPP from ADW for the Widgets. All I need now is a good mail widget and I'll be happy.

Swipe Down opens drop down menu.
Swipe Up reveals app drawer.
No lockscreen.
In person looks a lot better
