as for the setup:

Lockscreen:
widget locker (with custom unlock bar - found HERE)

• minimalistic text - not modified, just a custom font
• SMS Unread Count - not modified, custom icon only - found HERE

Mainscreen:
GO Launcher, custom icons (the same as with lockscreen)

• SiMi Folder - custom set properties

that's all the mystery behind it
simple to extreme ^^

touch & hold the icon you wanna change and then a baloon displays asking what you wanna do with it (change app, change action, change icon)
