phone freezing after updating kernel

Hey guys i've got a problem i've just updated my kernel and now my phone is frozen and will not turn on please help. I've tried different kernels and nothing seems to work, i'm a complete noob at all of this, i'm not sure if i have bricked the phone as i am able to still get into dowload mode but i dont know how to restore it to standard again, or anyone can help me move on as i want to flash it with darky's rom

Maybe you had a lagfix enabled and you didn't disable it before flashing.

enter in download mode, and you should repartition and flash stock rom. you have there all the necesary steps.
