[Q] Downgraded the htc inspire but the next step won't work

I have downgraded my htc inspire and got to the phone terminal part but then it says can't find the files? i have deleted everything and done it over twice but still the same outcome? any ideas what is wrong?

Did you try talking to attn1 in the IRC? They spend a lot of time in there.

Just go on to the next step the point of the terminal commands was to erase it off of your sd

Noo I haven't but I will I'm sure they could easily walk me through it I've read I've already done the hard part so hopefully I'm just a couple steps away
