[Q] Embedded Images in Email not showing

Posted this on wpcentral as well but figure I have a better shot getting a solid answer if I post in both places. Sorry if this has been addressed, but I have searched and only found sporatic information on it:

I've searched around, and tried to find an answer, but nothing seems to work, and its an issue with all my clients (gmail, yahoo, hotmail/live).

What is the reason embedded images won't download correctly? Seems to work as attachments, but I get tons of emails with the pictures in the body. Is there a way to get these to work? Or is this just to be a future update of some sort (hopefully)?

I've had issues with this as well, with the only workaround being to set up my email as an IMAP account instead of using ActiveSync. Supposedly, the issue has been reported to Microsoft.

I found it was a gmail issue only, so not a huge deal. Maybe it will get fixed at some point.

yahoo, hotmail ect always worked fine.
