You flash that through Odin and it will give your root and red CWM (orange CWM is the one without Voodoo lagfix).

Google Kies Mini and download it from Samsungs site. Kies Mini will install the proper drivers for your phone.

Also read the Bible Thread in or Development section. That will help you with everything.
