Default Port a Mac TTS Voice to Android?

Just out of curiosity, and wondering if anyone would like to take up the challenge. How hard would it be to port the Cellos Text-To-Speech Voice from Mac OSX to the Android Platform?

Cellos is a voice that is similar to the "Droid" voice used in Verizon's marketing of it's Android phones. I think it would be kind of a novelty for the phones to always speak in that voice. The voice however changes pitch with every syllable to the tune of "In The Hall Of The Mountain King" by Edvard Grieg. While I like the song, I think the voice, once ported to Android would sound better in monotone - presumably like a robot.

I don't have the slightest idea of where to begin, so this is why I am presenting it here.

Any thoughts?
