now how do we go about adding it to the ROM ?

I'm starting not to enjoy this animation, as my phone continually show this and not want to boot.

I may be able to change the boot ROM animation of dexter? I can overwrite the original file on the other bootanimation.zip? I've seen around some boots animation and would like to do it through explorer root.

Someone? I have understood that the boot animation should be 480x854 for the XT720. Or is it possible to put one of 480x800?

I've used droid botanimations & I think they are 480 x 800 & yes you can do it with Root Explorer.

Thanks! I worried about leaving my phone only start with the Motorola logo.
