Default Froyo Camera jgp compression patch/disable

replace /system/etc/mot_ise_imager_cfg.bin with attached file

It is possible to improve the JPG compression of the camera, almost removing the compression. I have already written on the xda-devs, can someone come in handy here.

Take the file / system / etc / mot_ise_imager_cfg.bin, changes everything 41 01 44 07 41 01 XX to 44 07 01 and replace the phone. In sharp ones Jpg files will be 3 times more, about 1,5 Mega and visually clearer, because More information is preserved.

Found it strange since day 1 I have this great phone that you cannot set the jpeg compression in the camera software.

Anyway, somehow getting the raw sensor data, that would be really cool!

- Well, what do you think how many % did quality improve?
- And how many % did the data-rate/filesize increase?

The relation of these two factors is the only relevant thing here I think.

in both respects no change on my defy. image quality doesn't improve noticably, neither does the file size (stays between 1.1-1.3mb). sorry. but thanks for the effort though.

Was the one down the bottom resized or does the patch not put metadata onto the photos anymore?
