Default [APP Help] Photaf

Hi, could someone test the photaf app out (in Market) as I am having trouble using it on my Nexus S. I have emailed the dev and he seems to think its a hardware problem or calibration issue. When you load it up and 'create panorama', select auto. Once it has taken a photo you need to move the camera right or left (it tells you) and there is a frame on the bottom left that should move too. Mine keeps juddering.

Can you let me know how you get on so I can report back to the dev.

I'm having the same issue. Did you find a solution? Was really looking forward to taking panoramas

This doesn't work for me either - I thought it was me not using it properly.

it's the borked gps / compass / accellerometers that are to blame, same problem for me. so yeah, hardware / driver issue. maybe the dev can "dampen" erratic values to work around this problem. and what an awesome app btw!

Default Photaf

Hi,
I'm the Developer of Photaf. Did the latest Gingerbread update fixed the compass issues?

Regards,
Oren

Yes, it did. The compass works fine on 2.3.4
Nexus 4 Carbon ROM

It works better if you don't use auto and manually align it anyway.
