Default [Q] Ring Upon Start up And Shutdown

I have notice two or three times that the Atrix will "Ring" twice upon startup and shutdown sometimes. Anyone else see this? Is it normal and some process I have not or should adjust?

Its the sound effect from mounting and unmounting the sdcard. No way to turn it off
