it gives me bootloop, and i forgot how to enter recovery mode manually.
how to solve it ?

To enter recovery manually hold home just after power when the LG logo appears, until recovery appears. Then you can restore a backup.
The recovery version of the theme doesn't work on 1.8+, you need to install the theme chooser version and the metamorph lockscreen version.
