[Q] Screen auto-brightness and USB

Got my Xoom today and very happy with it but I feel like the screen brightness sensor is very inaccurate. Anyone else have this problem? When I turn AUTO on it is way too dark.

Also when I plug in USB it does not charge (I'm on a Mac). Anyone have this problem or maybe it's not supposed to charge on USB?

I definitley agree with the auto-brightness thing.

yea from what i hear the auto-brightness sucks and you are better off doing it manually and there is no charging via usb. its for data only. it also says it in the manual

Thanks for that. I'm obviously too lazy to read the manual Shame about the lack of USB charge. Guess I could buy a second charge for work.
